oh my goodness, im so glad you have a blog! Crazy inspirational Bret, my day is made!
Bret, your work on the blog is fantastic, I love the figure work. Your sketch outside the Tiki room is lovely, I've admired you for years because of your comics work and it's just great to see this other side of you. Good stuff! -Chris.
Always loved your work. Glad to see you are still exploring and working.

woah chalk , seriously ? those are some beautiful life drawings with such a tough medium ( well , for me its tough anyway ! )
all your work is very inspirational and really wants to make me try harder to improve in my figure studies ( this semester is conte , ahhh so frustrating !)
Great work. I agree with all your ruminations about the value of drawing from life-its what I like best. On the other hand I've always admired artists that can invent realistic figures in their head becasue I find it very hard to do!
HALLLLOOOOOOOOOO?
Great stuff, but it sure would be nice to see some new posts, hint hint
Hey Bret - Cool web page. You've really become an accomplished artist. Your nudes have the fluidity of your early comics, and have gained a truism that brings them to life. Very cool. You make me want to pick up a pen, or pencil ... ah, that shall be another day.
Thanks for sharing!
